Bummer
Well, just a day after it was predicted to head to the Gulf as a hurricane, Tropical Storm Chris seems to be going out with a whimper. The latest predictions expect it to ravage Puerto Rico with 1 to 3 INCHES of rain.
Its pretty disappointing as having a hurricane share your name is a once-in-a-lifetime event and it would take a very unlikely restrengthening to keep the storm alive, much less turn into a hurricane of any consequence.
I guess the consolation is that Chris turned out to be a nice guy... I guess I can live with that. :)
