Shots from a week ago
Tony V. was in town last weekend and we did some things around downtown. I was surprised to discover something else I never knew existed in Houston. Apparently, George Bush (the good one) has a monument... now, we are not talking the likes of Washington, Jefferson, or Lincoln... but it does actually say it is a monument. Is it just me, or shouldn't a monument be a little more monumental?

Its nice and all... but a monument?

Its a very nice little park, George cuts a fine figure next to Tony...

... and his view certainly is nice.
I am not really ripping on the thing... its a very cool little piece of Houston, I just thought they should have called it a park or something a little less... well... you know.
